Hey EVERYBODY!!
So short P/day because I am transferring to the Latino District 2E (I think). I am so excited to be in a new district and especially with a Latino companion. It will definitely be interesting to start doing everything in complete Spanish, talk about Spanish Immersion haha.
Last night was insane! right as we stepped into the comedor, it started to dump rain, it was absolutely insane! It then turned into hail and super strong winds, it was awesome, and they locked us in the comedor for a good forty minutes. The weather here can change in an instant but is also just amazing, it’s been cool enough that I’ve been able to wear a sweater in the morning... IN AUGUST. It’s pretty awesome.
Rock of shame- This rock about the size of my fist has been passed around my district and zone like crazy, if you speak English you have to hold the rock, it`s kinda like the What game but with English.
Anyways, I have progressed a lot with my fake investigator Alicia, when Elder Baker and I taught the spirit was so strong. As we taught our lesson that we prepared for her the spirit truly testified of the truth of this restored gospel. God loves us so much and wants each of his children to be able to return to Him. I know that this church is true that God loves you and every single one of his children here on this earth, and that is exactly why missionary work is so important. Knowing the way back to our Heavenly Father is truly powerful and hopeful knowledge, never take it for granted.
It was sad to say goodbye to all the people in my district, but life truly is a union of parties. I have some pictures to share of them and my teachers, but they haven't sent it yet! I love district 14B so much and I am super sad to see them go, but I know that switching districts is what I need to do!
LOVE YOU ALL
LOVE,
